About Dry Ice Atlas

Dry Ice Atlas is a free directory that helps people find where to buy dry ice in the United States, whether it’s for shipping food, a cooler, a science project or Halloween fog.

How we verify listings

• We start from public business listings for dry ice suppliers, gas companies and ice houses.
• A person calls each business to confirm it sells dry ice, who it sells to, the forms it sells, the price per pound, any minimum and its hours.
• Every fact gets a date. Listings show when we last confirmed them, and we re-check them regularly.
• Unconfirmed listings stay off the site. We’d rather show fewer places than send you on a wasted trip.

Sponsored listings

Businesses will be able to pay for featured placement. Paid placements are always labeled “Sponsored” and never change our verification.
